Patient-Focused Care

The Sancta Familia Center for Integrative Medicine approaches each patient individually and in the context of their family situation to help choose the best course of treatment. Nutrients offer a fundamental and natural approach to promote desired results and wellness with a much reduced side-effect profile while reserving the option to use traditional therapies in the future.  Integrative management is a safe compliment, and in some cases, alternative to traditional pharmaceutical based  interventions.

Register

If you are a new patient being seen for the first time at Sancta Familia Center for Integrative Medicine, LLC, please register for the practice through our patient portal.   The patient portal is a vital link for us to communicate with patients, contains forms and other important information specific to our practice.

Once logged into the patient portal click on “My Health” and then “Medical Forms.”  Look for the link titled “New Patient Information Packer,” download it and review it.   In that same portal location, you will find the other forms needed to get started with our practice.  Returned the completed forms to us by email or fax and we will contact you to schedule an appointment.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 614-259-3760.

Appointment Fees/Insurance Information:

The cost of service at Sancta Familia Center for Integrative Medicine, LLC depends on the complexity of the medical service needed to address a patient’s presenting problem(s). Our providers do not participate in any medical insurance plans; therefore, payment in full is due at the time of the service. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.  More information on our care process and professional fees are found in the “New Patient Information Packet” found in the patient portal

Service provided by our providers at Sancta Familia Center for Integrative Medicine, LLC will typically fall under the “out of network providers” category, which is determined by your insurance carrier.  We do not participate in governmental insurance programs (Medicaid, Medicare and TriCare); therefore, are not able to bill these insurances.

Laboratory Testing Procedures:

If laboratory testing is required, patients receive either a paper requisition or the order is submitted electronically.  By arranging for laboratory testing in this manner, the laboratory will bill your insurance directly. Be sure to bring your insurance card with you to the laboratory appointment.

For most testing we prefer the testing to be done at either ChildLab or LabCorp, as we have found their service to be consistently the most accurate and reliable. Additional specialty testing may be ordered though Doctor’s Data, Inc., IgeneX, Inc. Genova Diagnostics, Inc. or other specialty laboratories.  Billing for specialty testing is arranged by each laboratory directly with the patient.

Supplement Purchases:

Nutrient supplements, educational materials, and other products are available for purchase at the time of service, on a walk-in basis, or by phone/fax order. These items are provided by IPO Bioscience, LLC and can be purchased with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.  Similar to other retail purchases, payment in full is due at the time of purchase.
